I removed the Festivals entry for the Green Mountain Chew Chew - this annual event is no longer, the last occurance of it was held this past month. I also added a quick note that crossing the border now requires a passport or other enhanced identification, as travellers from non-border states in the US may very well be unaware of this recent change.

I removed the (mis-named) Learn section. Please justify what these offer for the short-term traveller.
