I'll be adding more information in the near future. Just got tired of seeing the default page. Most of the information I'm posting comes from a vacation my wife and I took to Belize a couple of years ago, so I'll be somewhat limited in providing information outside of the places we visited. Hopefully others will be able to join in soon.
