Talk:Atlanta/Little Five Points

Jump to: navigation, search

The name "little five points" comes from the fact there is a big five points in downtown atlanta that has five streets coming together in the heart of the city. With both areas having five streets coming together, one was named little because downtown was so much larger. Some folks living in Little five points many years ago reffered to downtown as "big five points".

I grew up in Little five points back in the 40's and 50's. Went to Moreland elementry and Bass High. Lived at 334 Moreland and 450 Candler st.
