how can the locals be mistaken about the name of their town????? 66.26.80.79 (aka whitdoug at Wikipedia) 21:42, 3 June 2007 (EDT)

should first person be used in this???? I know that's bad at Wikipedia. 66.26.80.79 21:44, 3 June 2007 (EDT)

Wikipedia's style standards don't apply here, but using first-person comments is definitely not what we're looking for in Wikitravel articles. I agree that saying the locals are "mistaken" is nonsensical, especially since Wikitravel prefers actual names over official names. Please feel free to plunge forward and fix these problems. - Todd VerBeek 23:42, 3 June 2007 (EDT)

Sleep section[edit]

I broke the sleep listings into price sub-sections as it was quite large and unmanageable, but I don't really know what price ranges to use for budget/midrange/splurge. The sorting I've done is just rough, please feel free to add pricing rules and move listings between sections. Also obviously a problem is that some of the listings don't have any prices. Walking?[edit]

Instead of saying "it's possible to hike...from Ollantaytambo or from the town at km 82, where the Inca trail starts, this is about a seven hour hike," it might be useful to state how many kilometers (or miles, if you please) it is along the tracks from Ollanta to Aguas Calientes.--190.40.92.49 22:50, 25 September 2013 (EDT)
