  • Baking Bar, 79 Chang Road, Sec. 1, Zhongshan. 02-2542-2269. Fantastic little bar in Zhonshang. Cheap beers (640ml for NT$80) and great food. Most dishes are NT$100, but some house specials are NT$150 (and well worth it!). Most importantly, ownership is exceptionally friendly and can speak English, plus there is a great group of regulars who love to meet travelers.
