Stroud [1] is a city in Frontier Country in Oklahoma.

[edit] Understand

Stroud's major claim to fame was the Tangier Factory Outlet Mall. Which, in May 3rd, 1999 was completely demolished in a series of tornadoes that wreaked havoc in Oklahoma City before tearing a path of destruction through Central Oklahoma that day. Since then, the Outlet Mall site has been empty, but plans are underway to build the new Sac and Fox Casino on the pad and several wineries have been established in Stroud.
