Sogn og Fjordane is a county in West Norway. It is characterized by its many fjords, of which the Sognefjord, the longest fjord in Europe, is the most important and most frequently visited by tourists. However, the geography of the county is very varied, featuring many high mountain peaks, islands, and glaciers, including the Jostedalsbreen glacier, the largest glacier in continental Europe.
