Sipalay

Sipalay is a city in Negros Occidental, it isn't much known, its beaches are unknown so does its dive coral reefs as well as caves and waterfalls making it one of the most perfect destinations as a Off the Beaten Path destination. You'd find its white beaches as deserted.
