Phinney Ridge is a neighborhood in northwest Seattle, located just to the north of Fremont and east of Ballard.
Like Ballard, Phinney Ridge is primarily residential but with several nice shops, restaurants and pubs located on Phinney and Greenwood avenues. The Woodland Park Zoo is also located on Phinney Ridge and is quite well done.
