Eastern Srpska

Eastern Srpska is region in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Consists of two parts: eastern Bosnia, which lies along the border with Serbia and eastern Herzegovina, which lies along the border with Montenegro.

  • East Sarajevo (or Istočno Sarajevo, before Serbs Sarajevo)
  • Foča — an excellent base to explore the surrounding nature, including rafting in wild rivers, walking along deep canyons, and climbing up to Bosnia's highest peak
  • Trebinje — largest city in Eastern Herzegovina
  • Višegrad — town with many historical sights including Mehmed Pasa Sokolovic Bridge, a World Heritage site
