Santo André is a city in São Paulo, part of Greater São Paulo

There is a fair sized bus station by the train station Prefeito Saladino, with direct buses to Rio, Santos and Belo Horizonte, among many others. Otherwise you can take the train to Luz in São Paulo and continue by subway to Tietê. There is a direct bus from Santo André train station to Congonhas airport. For Guarulhos you need to go via São Paulo.
