Understand[edit]

It's a beautiful village situated in a valley. You can get there by car along the road of Asturias. It's 36 kilometres from Leon and 18 from mountain Pass Pajares.

Since few people live there, there are very few shops and bars. It's a very quiet village, maybe a little boring. But it has a very beautiful landscape and beautiful paths to walk through the countryside.

It's famous for the coal mines, which for many years has been the workplace of most people in the region.

They also eat very well in my village, with its high-mountain cuisine.

The people are very simple and friendly, but they have the character of the hard men of the mine.

If you go to my village, I assure you that you will spend very quiet and pleasant days and you will return with your mind full of peace and joy.
