  • Ichinobo (300m from Iwamatsu, down a slope and over a small bridge). This is a very nice hotel and has both indoor and outdoor baths, though the outdoor bath is rather small. Free bus to/from Sakunami station running hourly. Walk-in onsen use permitted for 1700yen.
  • Iwamatsu. Has a big outdoor area with a few baths next to a river. Great just after winter when the snow from the mountains is melting and the river is rushing by. No walk-in onsen use permitted, you must be a guest of the hotel.
