Russell Township is about an hour outside Cleveland.

Drive East from Cleveland. Take I77 S to I271 S to US 422 E and head north on OH306. OH 87 also goes through Russell's Township Center.

• American Society of Metals has a large geodesic dome, visitor center, and rock garden.
• West Woods is a Township Park with an interactive visitor's center and nature center. Take the trail to Ansel's Cave and see the many waterfalls.

Take a drive down Dines Rd. It is notable for its many hills (watch out for joy-riders) and pastoral scenery.
