The Route 28 Corridor is located right along NY-28 from Kingston to the border with Delaware County in Highmount (Route 28 continues all the way up to the Adirondacks but this article is only about the Ulster County section).

This region is in the mountains and it follows NY-28 from Kingston to Highmount. NY-28 follows the Ashokan Reservoir as well as Esopus Creek.

Being in the mountains, be aware there is a lack of cell service past West Hurley when the Kingston area cell towers are far out of reach. Low quality signal returns at Pine Hill and follows you into Delaware County until the next cell tower.
