Rose Valley is a small borough in Delaware County, Pennsylvania, United States.

Rose Valley was founded by William Price in 1901, and was originally created as part of an imagined utopia following the Arts and Crafts movement.

Rose Valley is located south of the county seat of Delaware County, Media, PA. Rose Valley/Manchester Road is the major road into Rose Valley

SEPTA Regional Rail trains (R3 Line) stop at Moylan-Rose Valley Station, located just outside the borough limits to the north.

Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) [1] is minutes from Rose Valley and is served by taxis and the SEPTA R1 Regional Rail Line.
