Romney is not served by public transportation. No train or bus service. Dulles International Airport is about 2.5 hours to the east. Romney is located on US Route 50, a major two lane east-west highway. It is about a one hour drive from Winchester, Virginia on I81 and about a 1 hour drive from Cumberland, MD, on I68.
