Rolette County [1] is on the Canadian border, south of Manitoba, in the Turtle Mountains region of the north central part of North Dakota. It has a population of 13,764 people, and an area of 902 square miles. Its county seat is Rolla. Rolette county has 13 towns and 6 townships.
