Quintay is a village in Chile. Easily done as a daytrip from Santiago or Valparaiso.

An old whaling station that once employed almost 1000 men is now an open air museum[1]. Entry $500.

There are two beaches Playa Grande is complete with a resort and a golf course. Playa Chica to the south is deserted.
