Punjabi Pakistan:(پنجابی) India:(ਪੰਜਾਬੀ) is the language of the Punjab regions of Pakistan and India. In India, it is written predominantly in the native Gurmukhi alphabet. In Pakistan, it is written in a slightly modified version of the Urdu alphabet called Shahmukhi.
