Prčanj is a hamlet across the bay from Kotor, Montenegro, on the opposite (western) shore of the gulf of Kotor.
This village is famous for attracting many wealthy sea captains in centuries past. When the Bay of Kotor was part of the Austrian empire, Emperor Franz Josef came here and was greeted by several dozens of uniformed ship captains.
By bus, Prčanj is well connected from Kotor. 4km (10 mins).
