Polokwane (Place of Safety) is a city in South Africa. It is the capital of the Limpopo Province and was formerly known as Pietersburg.

There are regular trains [1] to Polokwane from Pretoria, Johannesburg (to the south) and Musina (to the north). The train station is on Hospitaal Street.
