Quail By Mail is a ladies working fashion design studio 2 miles away from the Paignton town centre. [1] The label specialises in quality, artisan and ethical fabrics such as organic and fairtrade cotton, South African shweshwe, Ahimsa peace silk from India and organic tweed from the Ardalanish Isle of Mull Weavers. Quail By Mail manufactures all clothing lines within a 40 mile radius of Paignton, empowering the local cottage industry.

Inn on the Green is a pub that offers great drinking atmosphere for the older and more mature people and also offers great views on the sea. Easy access as well.
The Inn on the Quay is a typical family pub which is owned by Brewers Fayre. This pub offers a fun house for the kids which should in time keep them quiet but also, the pub is right near the beach and also has an arcade and also a large outdoor water slide, so much for the kids to do. Worth a try!
