Take the divided highway from San Pedro Sula to Puerto Cortes. Turn north and drive for about 15 minutes. You'll see the signs for Omoa. Turn right at the sea-life fountain and go about a half mile to the beach.

Rolis Place. 40L for camping; 50L for open air, roofed hammock shelter; 70L for dorm. 250L for double with private bathroom, 180L without bathroom. Nice garden setting, 80m from the beach. Cooking facilities, bikes, hamocks available. Foreign owner does not seem to care about visitors too much and the treatment is likewise: not very welcoming or friendly. Don't ask the owner if his name is Roli, he will get mad and say he's been hearing that question far too often. No internet facilities or wifi for guests.

At the end of the line of hotels and bars, so more quiet. In july/august it is exceptionally quiet here, as everywhere else in Omoa. Great place, recommended.$35. edit
