The Northeastern United States is made up of two parts:
- New England — A region including the states of Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Connecticut.
- Mid-Atlantic — A region including the states of New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Maryland.
