Niedzica [1] is a historic town in Podhale in southern Poland, situated south east of Kraków in the Pieniny mountains. There is a beautiful Renaissance Castle there at the lake Czorsztyn. Ruins of the Gothic castle Czorsztyn are on the opposite side of the lake.
