Roughly 3 hours from New York Canada Border,and 2 hours from Montreal lots of American citizens drive to the ski resort/town. Flights into montreal with a car rental could easily get plane commuters to the town. Hotels offer packages including 2 way plane trips with transportation to and from the hotel with relatively cheap prices .

Shuttles available around the clock from hotel condos to the mountain. Parking is available in town although somewhat limited depending on where you stay some hotels are ski in ski out others are less than 5 minutes walking distance although in ski season temperatures can get to -28 degrees Celsius

Beautiful scenery year round with very colorful town, ski seasons draws thousands to the world renown ski resort. During the day skiers and snowboarders live on the mountain but come closing time at 3:30 pm its back to the town for refreshments and meals.

The seasons offer a diverse list of things to do. Winter is for Skiing, Snowboarding, and Skiing some more while the shops are open year round the snowboarding is amazing from the end of december through march Summer offers a completely new list of events from hiking, canoeing, fishing, and golf its a perfect environment for those who love the outdoors.

Based on a personal experience My hotel room/ condo was the most cozy vacation living space i had ever experienced.
There are hotel rooms with available ski in ski out or the out of central town condos offering a home like environment with 24 hour room service.
The trmeblant sunstar is a reality company/hotel that rents out rooms and condos all over the mountain, extremely nice rooms with exceptional service, and prices that cant be beat.
