Moundou is a city in Southern Savanna of Chad.

Moundou (pop.~140,000 as of 2008) is country's second largest city and is the capital of Logone Occidental prefecture. It's situated on the Logone River and is mainly populated by - and is the cultural centre of - N'Gambaye people.
