Medlow Bath is a small town in the Blue Mountains region of the Australian state of New South Wales.

The Great Western Highway, which begins in Sydney at Penrith and ends at Bathurst, passes through Medlow Bath.

Blue Mountains Cityrail trains from Sydney stop at Medlow Bath station hourly or more often during the day. Western trains run from Mount Victoria once an hour and from Lithgow once every two hours.
