Swim at the lovely beach outside of Seri Malaysia Hotel, or take a stroll from the bridge crossing the waterway, passing a few seaside village houses and come back via a wooden bridge a few hundred meters away. Lovely scenery here.
Drive around and visit fishing villages. Fishing boats seen from the jetty to Pulau Kapas can be reached via the trunk road to the south, crossing the river, and turning left towards east. Beautiful spot for photography and picnics.
