The Oxford Road Corridor is in Manchester. The Oxford Road runs from central Manchester down to the top of Rusholme, where it becomes the Wilmslow Road and follows on down through south Manchester. Both Manchester Metropolitan University and the University of Manchester are located on the Oxford Road, along with a lot of student residences which is the reason for the high number of cheap bars and kebab shops found here.
