Lukova is the last village of the Albanian region called "Bregu". It is a small village, with clear, turqoise water, breathtaking beaches, memorable sunsets, nice hotels and welcoming people. Lukova has two parts: the "uptown" village, where the best hotel of the place is located; and the "downtown" beach.
Lukova is between Saranda and Himara. You can get to Lukova following these itineraries:
Lukova is pretty small. You can get around walking, but you can also use your car if you want to go to the neighbouring villages. For an amazing experience, ask for a trip with a horse.
The only resort hotel is Hotel Palace Lukova in uptown Lukova. +355 69 20 21 710. The prices are 60 euros per night for a family with two parents and two kids; however, if you will stay for a week or more, try to negotiate the price. I stayed there 10 days (as a family with four members) and I payed 450 euros in total for the ten nights.
