Loggos(Greek: Λογγός) is a small village in Fthiotida region of Greece A distance of 50 km from Lamia and 160 km from Athens. Resort in northern Evoikos sea, with vegetation that reaches from the mountain almost to the beach.
Loggos village is part of Agios Konstantinos. Agios Konstantinos is build on the ancient port of Dafnouda where it was a memorial for Schedio a hero of Trojan War, son of Iphitos. The inhabitants moved south into place Grados, which allowed the inhabitants of neighboring villages cohabitation and was given to each resident one Royal acre for home and one for farming. In 1844 the large village, named Megas Konstantinos and later Agios Konstantinos.
By car you can go in the picturesque small village Agnati, located on Mount Knimis with panoramic views. There, the ruins of the Byzantine church of Taxiarches (13th cent.).
Swimming and fishing, Loggos is ideal for summer vacations, because of the beautiful beaches. Mountain hike and hunting on the beautiful paths in the green mount Knimis. Each year a festival takes place on 23 August, the feast for Virgin Mary in the chapel of Panagia Evlogia. Also the fair that takes place at Agios Konstantinos that lasts five days takes place on 21 May, the day that celebrates the protector saint of the city.
