By air(Manila airport to Kalibo airport) take Bus or Jeepney from Kalibo to Libacao. By Sea (Manila port to Dumaguit or New-Washington port)take bus or jeepney from Dumaguit/New-Washington to Kalibo and from Kalibo to Libacao. "Van for hire" are also available.
