Labuhan Lombok

Labuhan Lombok is a town in eastern Lombok, Indonesia. True to the name, which means "Port of Lombok", it's best known as the port for ferries to the neighboring island of Sumbawa. The town is also called Tanjung Kayangan.

Buses from Mataram's Mandalika terminal travel to Labuhan Lombok regularly (2 hrs). Most buses stop outside the Kayangan port (see below), but you may need to take another bemo to get to the distant terminal.

Ferries from Poto Tano, Sumbawa (1.5 hrs) dock at Labuhan Kayangan (Kayangan Port), 3 km south of town.
