From Palakkad you have to take buses towards Pattambi. From you can take Pallipuram bus or hire a taxi. from Pattambi near by 15 km you can reach Kodikunnu, its on the way to Pallipuram railway station. By train Palakkad to Calicut route

By train, you can get down at pallippuram railway station and hire an auto. temple is 1.5 km away from railway station.(All passenger trains towards calicut and coimbathore has stop at pallippuram)
