By Air The nearest airport is in Bhubaneswar . It is 95 km from kendrapara. Bhubaneswar is connected to most of the metro cities of India by Air.

By Train Nearest railway statation is cuttack.cuttack is well connected with all the metro cities of India.

By Taxi/car You can reach kendrapara from cuttack which is 55 km from kendrapara.There is another way via chandikhol, which is connected through NH No 5 and 5A, so this road is good.

There are lot of beautiful places you can see and enjoy. Bhitarkanika Wild life santuary,Sri Baladev jew Temple,Hukitola

Bhitarakanika : It is just 35 km from city center, this is the 2nd largest wild life satuary of crocodiles in salt water.

               you can reach there by taxi or bus from kendrapara town. also you can easily reach there from Bhadrak 
               from another end of it.There you can hire a boat to go inside to see the lot of big crocodiles. Also you 
               can find some other rare wild animals.

Sri Baladev jew Temple: It is 5 Km from the city center. you can reach there by taxi or by Auto. A beautiful place of worship for Hindu people. There you can find a beautiful temple of Load which is of 16th century. and other small temples nearby.Lot of people gather here for big Hindu festivals like Rathayata, kartika Purnima, Hindu New year.

Hukitola: It is just 18 km from the city center . Here you can find an excellent natural beauty. you need to hire a boat to go to the small island. there you find a old historic building built by British people to help navigation of ships in the sea. The boad ride of 9 km from the place called Jambu through small river is enjoyble. also you can see the river meeting point in the see and the beautiful tide. the jungle in both way of river is full of cashew nut trees. you can find lot of fish, crabs and other see food items in this small town.

you can find restruntants in every road. The local food is very cheap. you can find good local food with north Indian taste with Rs 50.Also there are lot of good resturants where you can have verity of vegiterian, North Indian , South Indian foods.
