Alternatively, you can get down at Ramagundam (70 km) or Peddapalli (40 km) and get a local train which operates from Sirpur Khagaznagar to Jagitial via Ramagundam, Peddapall and Karimnagar. The train runs twice a day and takes more time than on road. So, strong advice is to take a bus from any of the stations mentioned above.
