From Bontoc, you can take a bus going to Tabuk via Tinglayan from 7am to 10 am. or take a Jeepney to Tinglayan from 8am to 3pm.

Unless you have a hired car the best way to travel is by Jeepney. The road here is currently under construction so expect delays.
