Kahuku is known for its shrimp trucks along Kamehameha Highway. Those who stop can buy raw shrimp or cooked shrimp dishes like shrimp scampi, shrimp with garlic, and sweet & spicy shrimp. Most shrimp dishes come with rice and fruit or salad.
