Take a Taxi from Beirut International Airport. It's about a 45 minute drive. You could also take Bus No. 6 which starts from Charles Helou Station in Beirut and will be charged 1500 LBP per pearson. However this bus would take a lot of time to reach there. You may also take minivans going to Jounieh and you will be charged 1500 per person. You may take vans going to the north like Byblos, and get down on the express way (tell the driver to drop you near Harissa telefreq)and then walk towards the direction of the sea, where you may find mini-buses going towards the telefreq.
You can walk and do loads of stuff in Jounieh. Ride a bicycle and get around . Drive cars. You can also use buses .
There is a huge beach waiting for you with glistening water from the Mediterranean Sea.
Jounieh is the night life HUB of Beirut. You can do anything at night ranging from visiting the city's several restaurants ranging from italian to japanese cuisine or just sitting at a coffee shop to relax and have some narguileh or visiting the bars and clubs at around 11pm and up. However, the must visit attraction is the telefreq and the Harissa above. The telefreq (ropeway) entrance looks more like a shopping complex and charges 9000 LBP per person for both directions on a week day. The view from the top during your ascend is breathtaking and view from the statue of Lady of Lebanon is a visual treat. There are some cafes above in Harissa.
