Ivanovo Oblast

A view of Plyos Ivanovo Oblast is a region in Central Russia, which borders Yaroslavl Oblast to the west, Kostroma Oblast to the north, Nizhny Novgorod Oblast to the east, and Vladimir Oblast to the south.
