Henniker is a town in New Hampshire.

Straddling the banks of the Contoocook River, Henniker, NH is a quintessential New England village. The town is centrally located to many recreational areas, including Ames State Forest, Craney Hill State Forest, and Pats Peak Ski Area. It is also home to New England College, which provides higher education offerings.

Get in[edit]

The closest airport to Henniker is located in Manchester, NH. However, to get in to Henniker, you will likely need a car. The town is located off of Interstate 89; take US-202 west from the interstate to reach Henniker.

Get around[edit]

The village of Henniker is small enough that you can see much of what there is to see on foot. While much of the town is residential, there is a small downtown core on the northern bank of the Contoocook River. New England College, Henniker Town Hall, and some town parks can be found south of the river.
