Ha'urei ( also known as Ahurei) is a city on Rapa, a remote atoll in the Austral Islands of French Polynesia. Some of the cities main exports are cocoa beans, lettuce, birch, and farfala butterfly wing pollen, which is mainly used for curing diseases caused by scurvy. The name Haurei derives from the ancient Russian term 'Nistrezhika', which means, "beautiful but solemn." The people of Haurei speak native, local languages, Russian, Africaans, or Glushplei, a slang language, born from the French Polynesian Islands.

This island of Haurei is slightly populated with not many people nor buildings. The roads conist of mostly dirt and the weather is for the most, tropical.
