Harper is a city in south east Liberia.

Located at the south east of the country, Harper is the former capital of Maryland. It is known for its beautiful beaches and beach houses. Now these houses are dilapidated, but its still possible to get a sense of the glory of the past.

You can wave down virtually any motorbike without a passenger to get a ride. For $20 LD, you can go to any part of the main city.

The same motorbikes will take you to Pleebo for $250 LD. Alternatively, you can take a commercial car. There are trucks that charge about $150 LD per person.
