- Dry Falls Interpretive Center, 34875 Park Lk Rd NE, Coulee City, WA 99115. Opposite the Grand Coulee from the Grand Coulee dam, the dry falls once carried more water by volume than all the rivers of the world combined. The interpretive center is located on Highway 17.
