Everland is a theme park in Yongin, Gyeonggi-do, South Korea.

By Train[edit]

Metro runs for every 6 minutes from Giheung station to Everland via Everland line. Everland line is the specialized metro line that covers Yongin city.

If you depart from Seoul station, take blue subway line number 4 and get off at Sadang station. From Sadang station, transfer to green subway line number 2 and get off at Gangnam station. From Gangnam station, transfer to red Shinbundang DX line and get off at Jeongja station. Please note that DX line is a special line which you might get additional charge for using this line from normal subway line. From Jeongja station, transfer to Bundang line and get off at Giheung station. Lastly, from Giheung station, transfer to green Everland metro line and get off until the last station which is Jeondae-Everland station. The overall time is around 2 hours from Seoul station to Everland.

Get around[edit]

By foot. Although the park is quite big, most travelling will be done on foot.

Human Sky. A cable car that links some areas of the park.


Tickets[edit]

Tickets are 38,000 won for adults, and 29,000won for kids. Night tickets are available at 30,000 and 22,000 respectively. Discount coupons worth 10,000 are available at the everland website for foreigners and Koreans accompanied by foreigners with discount coupons.

T Express: The worlds steepest wooden roller-coaster that reaches speeds of up to 104km/h.

The parade: Various parades throughout the year.

Zootopia: A zoo. A mini safari through the zoo can be taken. Animals include bears, tigers and even one liger.

There are many eateries to choose from in Everland. Most meals tend to be priced between 6,000 and 12,000won. There are also many stalls selling hotdogs/corndogs/popcorn for a few bucks a piece.

Beer is sold in many of the restaurants. 3,500 for local brews and 7,000 for imported beers is the general price.

Carribean Bay, a waterpark, is located directly next to Everland.

There is also a speedway stadium nearby
