[edit] Understand[edit] Get inSince the capital Georgetown is in the middle of this region, it's likely that most people will enter the country through this area. One exception is people coming up from the south and Brazil, who will access the area north of Linden. [edit] Get aroundThe region is served by a series of roads and rivers. There are paved roads running from Charity to the border with Suriname at Corriverton, although the Essequibo must be traversed by ferry or speedboat. North of Charity, the only way around is on the water. [edit][add listing] See[edit] Itineraries[edit][add listing] Do[edit][add listing] Eat[edit] Stay safe
