East Coulee is a small town in Southern Alberta, Canada. It's near the tourist hub of Drumheller. It's primarily notable for the Atlas Coal Mine.

- The Hoodoo Trail is a drive northwest along Highway 10 through Cambria, Rossdale, to Drumheller, the local tourist hub. On the way you pass the Willow Creek Hoodoos interpretive trail (see Cambria).
