Dunblane is just off the main A9 road between Stirling and Perth.

Trains for Dunblane depart both Edinburgh Waverley and Glasgow Queen Street stations on a half-hourly basis. Trains from Edinburgh also stop at Stirling. Travelling from the north, there are a few trains per day from Perth.
